Covid 19

Fleetline will be open and fully operational for all orders, commencing 7AM Tuesday 28th April.

In the midst of these unprecedented times, our teams at FRP & Fleetline continue to be acutely aware of the need for the safety and well-being of our families, colleagues, customers, partners and the many friends who make up our wider communities. Our hearts are with those who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus from a health perspective and we extend our sincere best wishes to see them through to a speedy recovery.

Like many businesses in NZ Fleetline's manufacturing operations are currently closed and unable to service non-essential businesses during Alert Level 4. Our Sales, Client Services, Administration and Finance staff are all fully operational and working from home, and we continue to be available to take orders and deal with any enquiries clients may have.

Fleetline has instituted work-from-home arrangements for all non-production staff and is comfortable that this is operating effectively. The Company's production plant will continue to remain on standby during the final days of Alert Level 4 and has the ability to be operational for the servicing of essential clients, albeit with reduced staff numbers and strict operating protocols to assist with staff safety.

With the NZ Govt advising it is their intention to move to Alert Level 3 I am writing to further advise that ;

Fleetline will be open and fully operational for all orders, commencing 7AM Tuesday 28th April.

As a company we have updated all H&S policies and safe operating procedures in order to ensure full compliance with Govt guidelines and to ensure the safety of our employees and our supply chains. All staff are to be inducted and trained prior to coming back to site and will have full regard to the requirements of Physical distancing, PPE and contactless goods and vehicle movements.

An important part of our procedure, that was in place prior to lockdown, and most certainly will continue for the foreseeable future will be the maintenance of a ledger that will record all visitors/ delivery drivers & couriers / contractors etc to site. This will need to be completed every time a person attends the Fleetline premises irrespective of the nature of their business. This is to support the concept of tracking and tracing the people movements in our facilities if ever there is a need to.

Such unprecedented times call for collaboration, for strength and for resolve. There has never been a more important time to pull together as New Zealand Businesses where statements of "Buy Local" and "Support Local" matter. These local partnerships with our employees, with our suppliers and with our customers will see us all through to rebuild and regrowth.

Whatever the new norm is, however we are all expected to act and react Fleetline will be right in there in the thick of it with you as we breathe life back into our business communities.

Thank you for supporting Fleetline. In any and every way we can we are here to reciprocate

And from Tuesday next week...

We will be open and fully operational for all orders, commencing 7AM !!.
